The Library at The Wine Reserve at Waterford offers an exclusive, adults-only setting for small groups seeking a private wine country experience in the heart of Loudoun County.
Designed for conversation and connection, this cozy space accommodates up to 10 guests and is available by reservation for 2-hour private experiences.
Whether you bring your favorite catered meal or simply enjoy exceptional local wine together, The Library provides the perfect setting for memorable moments.
Your Library Reservation – $100
Reserve The Library for up to 10 guests for a private two-hour experience.
Your reservation includes:
- Exclusive use of The Library for up to 10 guests
- Two-hour private reservation
- Comfortable private table and lounge seating
- Dedicated Wine Reserve host
- Private bathroom
- Outside food is welcome
- Wine available for purchase by the flight, glass, or bottle
A $50 Wine Reserve Credit to be used during your visit toward wine, guided tastings, cheese & charcuterie boards, or other eligible purchases.
Reservations are for guests 21 years of age and older.

Enjoy a guided tasting led by one of our knowledgeable wine hosts featuring five of our carefully crafted small batch wines, complete with tasting notes, vineyard stories, and food pairing suggestions.
Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie
Beautifully arranged boards featuring artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, crackers, nuts, olives, and seasonal accompaniments.
Serves up to 5 guests — $60

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
- Maximum of 10 guests.
- Reservations are limited to two hours.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
- Food available for purchase, but outside food is welcome.
- Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- The $100 reservation fee is due at the time of booking.
- Your reservation includes a $50 Wine Reserve Credit to be used during your visit. The credit may be applied toward wine, guided tastings, cheese & charcuterie boards, and other eligible purchases.
- Reservations may be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least seven (7) days prior to the reservation.
- Cancellations made within seven days of the reservation are non-refundable.
- Reservations must be made in advance.
