Private Events at Wine Reserve

Celebrate the season with friends, family, colleagues, or clients without worrying about the details. Our Holiday Celebration Experience combines a private wine-country setting, with three service options to help you customize your experience.

All packages include exclusive use of The Wine Reserve at Waterford for three hours, plus one hour before the event for you to setup and one hour afterward for cleanup. Events can start as early as 6PM and are available for up to 30 guests.

We’ve created three party options to make celebrating easy:

🍷 Wine & Space – $750 (plus tax)

Enjoy exclusive use of the winery space for your event with a mixed case of Wine Reserve wines. This is a perfect option for companies, families, and groups that want a beautiful venue while bringing in their own food.

Includes:

* Exclusive use of the winery space
* One mixed case (12 bottles) of Wine Reserve wines
* Use of existing tables and chairs Music system
* On-site event host during arrival
* Guests may cater or bring approved food

🥂 Hosted Wine Bar – $1,400 (plus tax)

We’ll provide the space and a hosted wine bar with wine and non-alcoholic offerings. Includes a hosted wine bar with sodas, sparkling water, a mixed case of Wine Reserve wines, and glassware. Perfect for office holiday parties, client appreciation events, and social gatherings.

Includes:

* Exclusive use of the winery space
* One mixed case (12 bottles) of Wine Reserve wines
* Sparkling wines and sodas

* Staff member to pour wines and clear glassware
* Use of our in-house glassware
* Use of existing tables and chairs Music system
* On-site event host during arrival
* Guests may cater or bring approved food

🧀 Wine + Holiday Feast – $2,450 (plus tax)

Our full-service option includes the space, a mixed case of Wine Reserve wines at a

hosted wine bar, all serving essentials, and a festive pre-set holiday cocktail menu featuring beautiful food platters ready for your guests to enjoy. Guests simply arrive and enjoy the evening.

Our holiday menu is served as a festive collection of boards, savory bites, and miniature desserts. Everything is pre-plattered, making it easy for guests to mingle, sip wine, and enjoy a little bit of everything throughout the celebration. Perfect for a full turnkey event.

* Staff member to pour wines and clear glassware
* Curated holiday food and dessert buffet menu featuring pre-set platters
