Background on the Wine:
Tannat is a rich, red historically grown in South West France and Northern Spain, has made its mark in Uruguay. It has deep dark colors, raspberry aromas and ages well. This wine was made exclusive to our Continuum Wine Club members.
More details on the process:
A collaboration with the lovely duo that is Mark and Maggie Malick of the former Maggie Malick wine caves, this Tannat was planted by Mark and cultivated and aged in American Oak by Maggie before we got our hands on the fermented fruit.
Background on the name:
Voyager, is a nod to the worldly travels of Mark and Maggie Malick. We always loved hearing their stories of Wunderlust and how they found ways to work wine and passion for exploration in to their busy lives!
